I ve been taking Zoloft for Panic Disorder for two and a half months. I started on 25mgs, then after a week, started on 50mgs. After 3 weeks my dose was increased to 100mgs. I went through about a month period where I felt almost back to my old self, but noticed that it didn t seem to be as effective. My dose was increased to 150mgs a couple of days ago. I know that with each dose increase comes an increase in anxiety. This period seems especially bad, and I think I went through a period where I felt so great, that I forgot how awful dose increases were. I m incredibly anxious and panicky, yet feel out of it. My doc prescribed Ativan 0.5mgs to take twice a day as needed for anxiety. I was wondering when the increase in anxiety tapers off, and if it s safe to take Ativan 0.5mgs every morning once a day until my body gets used to the Zoloft increase
