Is It Safe To Continue Taking Xanax For Panic Disorder?

I take xanax for panic dis orders I take I pill a day everyday 1mg tablets can I become addicted to them or can it decrease working my symtoms if I take it to much I have been taking xanax for over a year now and I m find it to help me I don t take more then 1 pill a day so is it safe for me to continue them

There is no doubt that it is a good remedy for panic disorder. But after all it is a synthetic medicine and it may have some dependency. You can try to skip it now and again from time to time. Alternatively, you can try to take natural supplements such as Withania sominifera, centella asiatica and vetivaria. You may gradually taper the dose of the medicine and in due course of time you may entire get rid of the same.
