Is It Safe To Add Pediasure To The Formula Milk?

Hi Doctor! Im a mother of a 1 11 year old baby girl...I dont have any problem giving her formula milk and she always drink evry 4 hours of promil gold 5 or 6 oz but she is not that chubby as we wanted. IS it okey to put a pediasure on her formula at this time?
