Is It Safe For A 2 Month Old Baby To Take Rhiathiol?

Hi, I've a baby of 2 months old. And he is having a phlegm cough for about a month. Yesterday I brought him to peads. After doing check up and blood test, the pead suspected that my child have lung infection (not severe). (The blood test result showed that the lymphocytes level is higher than normal - 71%). So the pead prescribed him rhinathiol infant syrup, zaditen syrup and zithromax. I've given him zaditen and zithromax, but I'm not very confident to give him rhiathiol as it's only suitable for children above 2 years, right?
So, what are your opinion and suggestion?

Thanks for reply.
