Is It Safe & Effective To Take Zopiclone For Sleeplessness?
hi sir,is it ok to use zopiclong for a month. i was earlier sleeping 4.5 hours before taking zopiclone but after taking it or 3-4 days and stopping it, cleep became worse. i feel it was started by anxiety please let me know what i should do. i am afraid of sleeping pills

If everything has a connection with anxiety then it will be wise that you start proper anti anxiety meds and treat the root cause.
Taking drugs like paroxetine and venalafaxine will be very helpful. After about a week of starting these meds the need for sleeping pills is not there anymore
So, start the drugs and get well.
