Hi ,

Welcome to Health care magic Forum.

UbiQ 100 is not routinely used for the motility disorders which occurs because the mitochondrial defeciency or the cytoskeleton disorders of the sperm.

Since UbiQ100 is commonly used in mitochondrial defeciency of other organs ,its given as try and we have to watch for any improvement in the motility.

Motility disorder doesn't cause miscarriage,in severe cases it can cause Infertility.

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
How Old are you? Decreased sperm motility may be one of the causes for Miscarriage due to poor sperm quality. Yes, Ubiquinone is known to increase the sperm motility by increasing its strength. Just take it as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up. Don't worry about the side effects as adverse effects are rare and include diarrhea, GI discomfort, headache, loss of appetite, and nausea. Allergic reactions. They may or may not occur.
To improve your fertility, if you smoke or drink QUIT. Limit your time on the bike and the time you spend bathing in water that is more than 40 deg Celsius, as they are known to increase the scrotal temperature. Avoid Lubricants during Sex and stress. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water and exercise for an hour daily.

Wish you Good Health and All the very best, Take Care.
