Is It Pregnancy Or Gas Pains If I Have Missed Periods, Cramping, Tiredness, Bloating Considering Having Tubal Ligation Previously?
HI I had a tubal ligation done about 8 years ago. I havnt had my period in 3 months i have cramping in my lower abdomin and im tired all the time. I feel bloated so im not sure if im pregnant or just gas pains. please can you tell me what you think.
