Is it possible to recognize heart blockage without ECG?

The test used to determine artery blockage is an angiogram. An EKG only tests how the heart is beating. An echo-cardiogram also can be used to get a good look at the heart but the angiogram goes into the vessels to actually see the plaque that lines or is blocking the arteries.
