Is It Possible To Ovulate With Fertile Eggs Having LH Under 10?

I am on my first medicated cycle. I took femara cd 3-7, but no follies over 10 at cd12 and cd 17 ultrasound. I then tried 100 mg of clomid. I am now on cd 25 with a follie that is 14.5 mm. I need to go back in two days to check progress. My E2 was at 42 5 days ago and today it was at 154. My LH is still under 10 so obviously no O yet. Is it possible to still ovulate with a good quality egg this late in my cycle?

Hi, I think you can ovulate this late also, but the chance of pregnancy is less as the endometrium will become out of phase. Try some injections along with clomiphene in the next cycle. It will help in growth of your follicles. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
