We about to go to sleep when we started hearing a thump noise. It was coming from my chest. I was not in pain, nor dizzy. I did not feel any symptoms besides the feeling of every thump. I took my blood preassure and it was normal. My heart rate was 84. Everytime I changed positions or moved the noise would stop but as soon as I relaxed we would hear it again. I have a prolapse mistral valve (diagnosed as a child and now I am 45). Could it be related to that?
