Is It Possible To Have Worms Living In The Sinus Nose ?

Is it possible to have worms living in the sinus nose ? when I blow my nose it looks like to me stringy, and as they always seem to be the same size im sure they are. if they are how in lords name can i kill them. 1-2 cm long.
