Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Sunnath is Circumcision. Circumcision is the surgical removal of the foreskin, the tissue covering the head(glans) of the penis. It is a surgical procedure and therefore, every precaution needs to taken with any surgical procedure needs to be performed here too. Keeping the area dry prevents infections and therefore it is necessary. You may talk to the surgeon and take precautions as he advises.
