hi dr, my prolactin elevated to 30 ng/ml and have been on treatment for a month now, is it possible for it to be back to normal now , i just got married 3 weeks ago and i want to get pregnant during my next fertile period ,today is my 1st day of my new circle

I have understood your concern.

The hormonal aberrations require some time to be corrected. Though your Prolactin levels are not very high, still it will take some time for them to come to normalcy. So please do not be in haste and stress. The stress further may delay the ovulation. Be calm and composed and let your Gynaecologist work on your case with proper medicines. It may take few months for correction of Prolactin levels and establishing normal ovulation.
