Is It Possible To Get Pregnant After Having Tubal Ligation?

Is it possible that I could be pregnant after having a tubal ligation done 20 years ago. I recently lost 110 lbs and my periods restarted about 6 months ago, after not having one for roughly 6 years. I did not have one in July. I took two home tests and they both came back positive. Could I really be pregnant after all this time? And considering I am 46 I m at a loss and quite concerned. Thank you.

usually after 45 yr. menopause starts and less chance of pregnancy is there. but if 2 UPTs is positive than detail USG and gynec reference should be done.... there may few chance of pregnancy in case of tubal ligation failure,,,,
