Is it possible to cure diabetes by organic food?

My friend recommended this organic food to my husband saying that It can cure my husband's diabetes? My friend recommended this organic food to my husband saying that It can cure my husband s diabetes . and we don t have to pay him if it doesn t work. But my hubby have to fast for 3 days. Do you think he should try it? I worry that the dieting part might affect him adversely

There are NO foods which must be completely excluded from diabetic diet. It is also NOT necessary to avoid sugar competely. It IS necessary to follow the advice of your medical team and follow a diet that achieves a healthy weight. And in whatever circumstances, do not let him fast. this will severely affect the sugar levels and lead to more complications due to hypoglycemia. Also these foods do not have any proven benefits. SO its better to abstain from them.
