Is It Possible To Cough Synovial Fluid?

hi, my mum has a chronic cough and she coughs up a substance resembling 'albummin'. I was wondering if it were possible to vough up synovial fluid? She had a scan done and there is nothing structurally wrong- so would you have any suggestions as it is very bad

No, it is not possible to cough out synovial fluid.
Synovial fluid is present in joint spaces.
Mucus from cough comes from lungs. So there no chance of coughing out synovial fluid.
Better to get done microscopic examination of sputum to identify the substance present in your sputum.
