General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Gynecomastia is male breast enlargement. It is a disorder of the endocrine system.
Medical line of management of gynecomastia is most effective when done within the first two years after the start of male breast enlargement.
If chronic gynecomastia has to be treated, surgical removal of glandular breast tissue is the only choice left.
Surgical approaches to the treatment of gynecomastia include: subcutaneous mastectomy, liposuction-assisted mastectomy, laser-assisted liposuction and laser-lipolysis without liposuction.
Kindly consult Plastic Surgeon in this regard for appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
