hi doctor, i am 28 year old woman and i have 2and half year one baby.
Now i think i am pregnant(4weeks) but i not need a baby now.
Is it possible to abort it? what are the methods using for abortion?
Is there any problem relating to this? the first one was operation.

It is possible to abort a 4 weeks pregnancy. Abortion can be done till 12 weeks safely. Till 7 weeks it can be done using tablets and it is just like a heavy period.
The procedure is to first confirm the pregnancy and then confirm its exact location as sometimes there is a pregnancy in tubes and needs to be ruled out. The exact duration of pregnancy is also confirmed. An ultrasound or an examination by an expert gynecologist will help in this.
After this depending upon the duration of gestation the method of abortion is decided. So seek the help of a certified gynecologist and there will not be any problems in skilled hands.
Please also use some ongoing contraceptive method like condoms, Intrauterine device or contraceptive pills and your treating gynecologist will help you with this.
