Is It Possible For The Muscle To Block An Important Vein?

Hello,I'm just worried but, when I was eating I did something with my jaw that made it for a quick second feel like a muscle or something else on my right side of the neck moved or jumped out of place for a split second,is it possible that either my jaw or a muscle or something else there can block an important vein, and if so,can something as tiny as that still be dangerous somehow for the brain?

There is no blockage of the vein.Sometimes while eating and chewing there is a sound of click from either of jaw joint (temporomandibular joint ). This is nothing abnormal.
