Is It Possible For Meth Test To Be Positive By Having Sex With Meth User?

have a friend that just had a baby, she is trying to say she tested positive for meth cuz her b/f and her had sex right before the baby was born and she claims he had meth in his sperm and when she pee the sperm was in her urine and gave her a dirty test? is that a possiblity??

How much volume of semen is in the urine specimen? Is it one tenth the volume? One hundreth? It seems to me that the dilution factor even if it were possible would make it impossible because there just wouldn't be enough in the sample to show up.
