Is It Overweight To Weigh 118lbs With 5 3 Height?

Hi I m a 13 year old girl, I m 5 3 and I way 118 lbs. I and a motocross racer and I run cross country. I am wondering if I am over weight or under weight. I think my thighs are too big. I m in a size 1-3 in juniors pants. I have a flat stomach kinda.. a lot of people say that I am over weight.. my parents say Im skinny, I don t know who to believe. I think I m skinny, but motocross has helped me get here. I used to be 139 lbs. Please help me...

Welcome to Health Care Magic, thanks for posting your query . I understand your concern.
The ideal weight for a girl your age and height is somewhere between 110-125 pounds.. So i say your are in the ideal weight range and you need not worry much about what others say. Every body type is different and everyone has a few places where they are not much happy about, and you say its your thighs.

You could consider some exercises which concentrates on your thighs like sit-up's , running, and jogging which will help you lose fat on thighs and calves.
Try and avoid junk, oily food and drink 4-5 litres of water everyday.
Eat healthy and stay fit with routine exercises.
