Hi and welcome to HCM

If everything is fine, that is if your scan is completely normal and you are not diagnosed with any complications like low lying placenta or any other placental abnormality and if your treating doctor has no issues with this then you can travel.

I always advice pregnant to take train rather then bus or car, train is safer way of travel. Between bus and car, car is preferable.

I advice you to inform your treating doctor before traveling and make a note of hospitals on the way in case if its necessary you should know where to go.

Regards
Dr Santosh
