Is It Okay To Fly With A Concussion?
I banged the back of my head Thursday afternoon on a metal shelf. I don t have any symptoms of a concussion. I took tylenol, and that seemed to make the pain disappear within 30 minutes. This morning I felt great when I woke up. When I was washing my hair the area where I hit my head started to hurt when I started rubbing in shampoo. I took more tylenol, and it is already much better. Clearly I have some kind of a bruise. I am supposed to fly on Sunday, and I am wondering if that will be ok to do. It s a two hour flight.

I really appreciate your concern as you have asked that with the history of head injury is it possible to travel by air so I would like to say that if you do not have any clinical complaint like alter sensorium then one can fly, if its is little headache then this would be okay, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
