Is It Ok To Have One Testicle Bigger Than The Other ?

I have this condition with my testicles. The thing is one of my testicles is bigger than one. The left testicle is the size of half of a penny and the other is the size of of a golf ball. I first noticed it around the age of 14. I went to the doctor and he gave a full examination and told me that everything is normal. He then ordered a blood test and everything also came back normal. He then sent me for a ultrasound for my testicles and the doctor also said that everything was also normal and nothing is wrong with it. All he did was just give me some iron tablets and folic acid. Well am 17 years now and the right is still huge as a golf ball and the other is is small as half of a penny. I feel no pain or anything strange in my scrotum just the huge size difference of the testes. However I'm able to get a full erection and I'm also able to ejaculate normally. But it also pains sometime which worries me a lot. My grandfather died of prostate cancer, I have a family history of high blood sugar and heart problems on my mother's side and high blood pressure on my father's side. I regularly check my blood sugar and blood pressure and they both are always intact and under control and I also do a little exercise now and again. However I'm obese, could it be because of my weight the blood is not going to left testicle properly (hence the reason the doctor just gave me iron and folic acid) or some hormonal problem please people I need a little help here searched everywhere on the internet not find an answer a little help is all I need.

Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have your Rt testicle larger than left one .

Since you have done all the necessary tests which did not reflect any abnormality you should not worry about it.

The left testis could be smaller that Rt due to partially arrested growth in early childhood.
