i was just wondering if it were ok to enjoy a redbull and a little pep in my step once in a while during my pregnancy?

Once in a while should not be more than once in a fortnight that too if you are not having a high risk pregnancy like high B. P., etc. Heavy doses might retard the growth of baby.
