There is infection in stool as you are having pus cells in stool report.You need a course of antibiotic for minimum 7 days.For regular constipation have plenty of liquids daily,avoid maize products like bread,biscuits etc.Have green leafy vegetables in plenty,eat regularly.Avoid junk foods and do not drink too much of coffee if you are having that habit.I hope this solves your problem,for antibiotic please contact your family physician.
