Is It Normal To Have Wrinkles In Fingers After Shower?

Hi I fractured my 5th metacarpal in my right hand on the 18th January, went to the hospital and it s now healing well. In the past few days I have noticed when showering that the finger tips of my little finger and ringer finger become wrinkled within less than 5 minutes. I know this does happen in water but it s only happening on these two fingers, is it something to do with the fractured bone?

Hi,

Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic!

I may or may not be due to fractured bone. But, one possibility is
that there would have been some nerve irritation during fracture itself
or during the procedure or management of it's repair. However, a
Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are
variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query.
