Is It Normal To Have Tingling On Jaws And Head Ache And Irritation After Taking Maxalt 10 Mg?

Hi I have some generic maxalt 10 mg pills for migraines and I took one and it made me feel very funny like tingling on my jaws and my head started to hurt worse also I was unable to go to sleep at first and I was very irritable..... I don't know if I took it correctly cause the pharmacist told me that it was to resolve under my toung but it didn't have the mlt? At the end of its name.....how is it to be taken and or these symptoms normal?

I understand your concern, and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to high blood pressure.

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure and refer those values to your physician.

Have you had similar symptoms after taking maxalt before?

I would recommend avoiding maxalt for some time and consult with your GP for a routine check up (physical exam and blood lab tests).
