Is It Normal To Have Swelling Of Cheeks In A Toddler Who Is Teething?

My daughter is 1yr 5 months and she s teething. Her back teeth have have sprung out but now for a week her left cheek is very swollen and when she laughs or cries her mouth twitches or bends to the other side? Is that a normal teething symptom or should I take her to the doctor?

i have gone through your query,
the features what you are telling looks like infection of the gums around an erupting tooth leading to cellulitis....if the gums around the tooth gets infected then it can produce a swelling....but its better to take an opinion from a dentist before starting medicines...
thanking you..
