Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This could be boil or cystic acne over your anus rather than pimples as you said it has pus.

You could also say it as a cystic acne because cystic acne is also a type of boil that is formed when oil ducts become clogged and infected.

Boils are commonly due to bacterial infection (mostly staphylococcal) in a person with Problems with the immune system,Poor nutrition or Poor hygiene etc.

Tab.Phexin 500mg (1st generation Cephalosporin) is a broad-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic and it is very well effective to cure cystic acne.

You can also be given other broad spectrum antibiotics like 2nd and 3rd cephalosporin or fluroquinolones (levofloxacin or ofloxacin) as per your doctor's advice

It would be advisable that you consult surgeon for complete medical history and proper diagnosis and treatment of cystic acne or boils rather than suspecting yourself.

Regards,
