Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
You do not have pain after TB vaccine.
The reaction usually starts after 3-4 weeks.
Early reaction suggests that already he person is infected with TB.
Pain and inflammation suggests secondary infection.
Better consult your doctor and take antibiotics and analgesics like Ibuprofen or paracetamol.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
