Is It Normal To Have Low Testosterone Levels And Sex Drive While Taking Accutane?

Hi I am 15 years old and I m taking accutane this is my third month and my skin cleared out but no all of it. And I have a low testosterone and sex drive while taking accutane. I was asking is it normal and would I get my high testosterone and sex drive back. I look through every webiste and Im getting different answers and im nervous whose right thank you

Accutane is a form of vitamin A. It reduces the amount of oil released by oil glands in your skin, and helps your skin renew itself more quickly.

Accutane is used to treat severe nodular acne.

As far as its side effects are concerned, it is not known to cause altered testosterone levels and decreased sex drive.

If you need to increase your testosterone levels, kindly consult Andrologist for evaluation and management.
