Is It Normal To Have Light Bleeding And Ammonia Smell With Mirena IUD?

Hi I have had the mirena iud for about 9weeks now in the beginning fine went recently to obgyn appointment everything looked good...still having a light bleeding nothing that a pantyliner can fix but been having odor that has an ammonia smell is this normal
