Is It Normal To Have Leaky Heart Valves ?

i deal with anxiety so ive had palpitations so i went to a cardioligist he said my heart was good and normal but i had 2 leaky heart valves but just a trace he said its normal everyone has this im fine is it?

hie. you have not menton your report. i think your talking about mvr(mitral vale regurgitation)or other valve mild regrugitation. it is normal usually you experience palpitation but no other symptom like chest pain or sweating.

as cardiologist say it O,k then do not worry.
Your problem is due to anxiety.
Relax,do yoga and concentrate your mind on the work and keep yourself busy.
