As such if you have high blood pressure on frequent occasions you must take medicines .In almost 30% of cases it is silent.gastric complaints which you have may be due to hyperacidity and may not have any relation to high blood pressure .you may take pantoprazole 40 mg daily for 4 weeks for your stomach pain. And depending upon your blood pressure start medicine and titrate the dose In consultation with your doctor.your goal is to aim BP less than 140/90.medicines do have side affects ,but not every patient has it.your doctor would know all possible side effects so you should discuss with doctor and should not stop medicines .
My best wishes.
