Is It Normal To Have Fever After Having A Impacted Colon ?

I ve had an impacted colon this morning and finally this evening after much diggig and vaseoline it was removed. Now I m running a fever . Anything I need to worry about?

Fever may be due to presence of infection. Get youself examined and do blood tests. Gastroenterologist or general surgeon can help.
