Is It Normal To Have Blurred Vision, Profuse Sweating And Rapid Heart Rate?

I am a 22 year old female and lately have been experiencing 'weird episodes'. during these episodes i get blurred vision, everything goes loud, i get shaky, find it hard to control my breathing, break out in a sweat and my heart begins to race. This mainly occurs either after a hot shower or during running/ cardio exercise. Last visit to the doctor my blood pressure was slightly high and my pulse was 120 beats a minute. Blood test came back clear for liver, kidney, blood count and negative for diabetes also an ECG was completed which also came back normal.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be because of the hypoglycemia that might have developed the hypotension too and caused the symptoms that you have described here in fact this is nothing to worry just take care in diet no more starvation, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
