Is It Normal To Have Bleeding From Ear After Ear Cleaning?

After a visit to the ENT yesterday for wax removal, my ear began to bleed and there was a lot of pain in the left ear but not the right, also I woke to blood in my ear. I have had left ear pain for three month before I finally decided to see an ENT. Just wondering if this is normal after a ear cleaning?
