Is It Normal To Have A Feeling Of Heart Beat In Lower Lips?

Hi, I have been feeling the heartbeat in the left corner of my lower lips very frequently for the past 2 weeks. It started along with the flickering of my left eye... but the eye flickering stopped after a week. However, I still feel the intensity in the heart beat in my lower lips. is there anything I should be worried about? or is this normal?

Hi,

The symptoms you experiencing might be related to possible problems to the peripheral facial nerves (mostly involving trigeminal nerve).

I suggest consult a neurologist and to run the neurological tests for further evaluation.

I advise to:
- take vitamin b complex supplementation
- avoid cold air
- avoid exposing to wind

Hope it was of help!
