Hallow Mumma,

During the pregnancy throughout, there is always increased vaginal discharge due to the hormonal changes.

At 38 weeks, increased vaginal discharge could be a sign of impending labour pains. Usually such discharge is mixed with the blood also. It is called 'Show'.

Are you getting low back pain also? Is your uterus becoming hard?

Please be prepare for the labour pains to start. Once they are established, you may go to the Maternity Hospital.

I hope, you got the guidance.
