Is It Normal To Get Sharp Abdominal Pains, Dizziness During Pregnancy?

Yes hi how are you I m 14 weeks pregnant today, and I keep getting sharp pains in my lower abdomen and up my right side is this normal ? I also woke up dizzy in the middle of the night yesterday but I feel it was because I was a tad bit hungry before I went to sleep once I drunk a little water and ate a couple of saltine crackers it subsided

Hi, I would be happy to help you.

First of all, it is not uncommon to get "stretching" pain at this point in the pregnancy. Other possibilities for right sided pain include: kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and appendicitis.

While these latter problems are unlikely, it would be impossible to tell without an exam or additional details.
