i am 4 weeks 6 days pregnant .but i am getting lower abdomen pain sometimes. and today i got white discharge little.and i have back pain also ..... is there any problem.....pls help me..... Regards

It is common to experience these symptoms during early pregnancy but if the pain and discharge increase in severity and frequency you should be getting yourself examined by a Gynecologist to rule out the exact cause and if necessary get a scan done.
