Is It Normal To Get Dizziness, Weakness, Headache 3 Months Of Pregnancy?

my relative is pregnant(3 months,Ultra sound showed normal single featus) and she gets frequent dizziness,weakness,headache(may be migraine as symptoms are similar to migraine).In a week she is off work for 4 days bcoz of these problems.what cud be the reason for such early problems in the third month of pregnancy itself. Pls help its causing problems to whole family.

It is quite common to face such problems and please remember, these are the problems faced during early pregnancy and this is necessary for the family to understand and not expect the same amount of work output from a pregnant woman as before. She needs adequate rest, healthy diet including fresh fruits and vegetables and avoidance of stress. Periodic check up is a must. If she is unable to work as earlier, she may need to alter the working pattern or take a break until she recovers. Hope you have understood. Take care.
