Is It Normal To Get Bad Headaches And Stiffness In Neck After Taking Isosorbid?

Hi i am taking isosorbid mn er 30 mg for three day's now and i get very bad headaches and a stiffness in the back of my neck plus a tightness in my neck both sides below the jaw . The headaches when really bad will wake me up in the middle of the night and never go away?? is this normal??

isosorbide mononitrate can lead to some headache in many patients. But severe headache can also occur in few patients. You should consult your cardiologist to stop isosorbide and advice some other alternative medicine for heart.
