Is It Normal To Feel Weak After Recovering From Flu ?

How long after having influenza should I feel ill for? I developed flu a week ago and although I don t feel as achy or have as much nausea as I did I still feel very weak, tired and a bit dizzy. Is this normal one week later or should I see my Doctor? Thank you

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
It will take 1-2 weeks for proper recovery. Consume plenty of fluids including fruit juice which helps a lot in fast recovery. You can take Paracetamol or Acetaminophen for aching muscles for relief under medical supervision. Keep warm. Don't exert much in work or other demanding activities till you fully recover. If no improvement consult your Doctor. GOOD LUCK !!!1
