Now a days, it is possible as hymen cut without sex due to change life style.
Cycling,gym,sports,horse riding etc physical exercises and now even due to sex stimulating porno etc may cause manually self sex satisfaction, can cause hymen cut .so during sex there may not be pain and bleeding.
