Is it normal o have hunger with diabetes mellitus type 2 ?

From 13 years ago i have thaken corticosteroid injection(betamethsone) every 2-3 months till 15 of last march when i adminsterd the last dose after 24 hr i sufferd from polyphagia and polyuria that made me to think i have diabetes mellitus so when i made measurment for fasting blood glucose and random blood glucose i found that was 12 mmole and 19 mmole respectivly therefor i decided to make life style modification and make another mesurments every other day .The random and fasting blood glucose highly reduce to sub- normal level after one month then to the normal limits after 2 months and i have lost 10 kg of my body weight .Now from 10 days i suffered from sever hunger before time meal .Please what is your idea about my last suffring ? THANK YOU

You have not mentioned whether are you taking medicine for diabetes or not.
Hunger before meal is common in diabetics,
Consult diabetologist and get it diagnosed properly and proper medicines for diabetes.
Hunger indicates diabetes is not fully under control and fluctuation in blood sugar is there.
Take less diet but take more time.
