when a normal person parts his buttocks..is it ok that he sees that the external anal sphincters parting but the internal are totally closed?? or the external ones should not be parted?

it is okay to see that external anl sphincter parting while some one parts his buttocks aways.
it is elastic shincter and due to this it is normal
when u give up it come to normal close position
