Is It Normal For Period To Be Heavier After Pregnancy?

I am 19 years old, i just had a baby almost 4 months ago. my periods have been heavier but this month it is heavier than normal and i just passed a big blood clot the size of maybe a 50 cent coin. i started cramping like 4 days before my period started and that is not normal for me either. im going through tampons in less than a half hour, and by the 3rd or 4th day it usually lightens up if it is heavier, but it has no signs of lightening up. what could be wrong with me ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern because of the imbalance hormone level such symptoms is just likely and with the heavy bleeding lower abdominal pain is vary likely but this could be subsided with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg, if such symptoms then this need to be investigated and clinically examined, take care.
