Is It Normal For Chain Smoker To Experience Fatigue And Vomiting With Brown Traces After Quitting Smoking ?

21 Days after quitting smoking, i am a 32 year old male, i smoked for about 16 years. I get nausus and try to throw up, but i just hack up mucus. Normal? How can i make the mucus easier to come up and how long will this last? I feel really weak and fatigued. Normal? When i hack up the stuff, its just got a little bits of brownish color, the most of it is clear or white. normal?

Initially after quitting smoking this problems are there.
But never start as 21 days passed and you are adjusted.
Take some cough syrup or some logenges.
Do salt water gargle.
You can take chewing gum or chocolate just to satisfy your craving.
